The Process

Preparation and Masking

We start by thoroughly cleaning the vehicle and carefully masking off areas that won’t be painted, such as windows, trim, and wheels.

Sanding

Next, we sand the vehicle’s surface to remove old paint or imperfections, ensuring a smooth surface for the new paint to adhere to.

Priming

We apply a coat of primer to protect the car’s surface and improve paint adhesion. Once the primer dries, we sand it lightly for an even finish.

Mixing the Paint

We then mix the automotive paint to the exact color and consistency, ensuring it’s perfectly suited for our spray equipment.

Base Coat Application

Using a spray gun, we apply the base coat in thin, even layers, allowing ample drying time between coats to prevent drips or runs.

Clear Coat Application

After the base coat dries, we apply multiple layers of clear coat, which adds protection and gives the vehicle a high-gloss finish.

Drying and Curing

We allow the paint and clear coat to dry completely, sometimes using heat curing in a controlled environment for faster and more durable results.

Polishing and Buffing

Finally, we polish and buff the vehicle’s surface to ensure a smooth, glossy finish, removing any minor imperfections for a flawless look.
