  • Ceramic Coatings and Tints: Our ceramic coatings and tints are guaranteed to provide superior protection and durability, with specific warranties for each product. Please refer to individual product details for warranty durations.
  • Exclusions: Our warranties do not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide the highest quality of service, Donga Carspa is not responsible for:

  • Any damage caused by external factors beyond our control, including accidents, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance of the vehicle after our services are performed.
  • Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle during service.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that may result from normal wear and tear after our services.
